The Dark Knight (2008)

The Dark Knight is a 2008 British-American superhero film directed by Christopher Nolan. It's the second installment in Nolan's Batman trilogy, following 2005's Batman Begins. The Dark Knight Rises (2012) is the third and final installment. Heath Ledger portrait an iconic Joker in this movie.


Batman Begins (2005)


Batman Begins is an American superhero film released on June 15, 2005, which, as the name suggests, tells the origin story of Bruce Wayne/Batman. The film was able to tell a complete story arc that bridges from Bruce being just an innocent child into his rise as the Dark Knight.


Batman Returns (1992)


"Batman Returns" is a 1992 American superhero film directed by Tim Burton, based on the DC Comics character Batman. The film is the sequel to "Batman" (1989) and the second installment in the "Batman" film series.

The story revolves around Batman defending Gotham City from Dr. Max Schreck, Mr. Freeze, Catwoman, and the Penguin - all of whom are bent on taking over Gotham City. It stars Michael Keaton as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Danny DeVito as Oswald Cobblepot/The Penguin, Michelle Pfeiffer as Selina Kyle/Catwoman, and Christopher Walken as Max Schreck/Mr. Freeze.


Batman: Mask of the Phantasm (1993) is an animated movie in which Batman deals with his past and future. The movie was released on December 25, 1993. The story revolves around the Joker killing off members of Batman's rogue's gallery and then staging a plan to kill Bruce Wayne's love interest Andrea Beaumont.


The Lego Batman Movie (2017) is a computer-animated superhero comedy film produced by Warner Animation Group. The film was released on February 10, 2017, and it is the first spin-off of The Lego Movie.

The story follows Batman as he tries to save Gotham City from being overrun by the Joker and other villains who want to take over the city.


Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker (2000) is a direct-to-video film. It was released on November 19, 2000, and it is the fourth and final installment in the Batman Beyond series.

The film is set in 2039 and follows Terry McGinnis as he takes up the mantle of Batman from Bruce Wayne, who is now retired. The Joker has been cured of his insanity and seeks revenge against both Batman and Bruce Wayne for past defeats at their hands.


Batman: The Movie (1966) is a film adaptation of the Batman comic-book series and was directed by Leslie H. Martinson and stars Adam West as Batman and Burt Ward as Robin.

The film tells the story of Bruce Wayne's transformation into Batman while taking on the Riddler and his henchmen, who are planning to steal valuable works of art from around Gotham City.


Batman Forever (1995)

Batman v Superman movie review is a 2016 American superhero film that is based on the fictional DC Comics characters Batman and Superman.

Batman v Superman is the second installment in the DC Extended Universe, following 2013's Man of Steel. This movie was directed by Zack Snyder, written by Chris Terrio and David S. Goyer, and features an ensemble cast that includes Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Jesse Eisenberg, Diane Lane, Laurence Fishburne, Jeremy Irons, and Gal Gadot.

It became the 16th film to gross over $1 billion, breaking the record for the most films with a billion-dollar gross. It also became the second Disney film and fourth film overall to reach this milestone after "Avatar", "Titanic" and "Jurassic World".
